Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By using the services offered by Modern Indian Security Service, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all security service operations, contracts, and engagements between the company and the client.

2. Service Agreement

  • All security services shall be provided as per the mutually agreed contract.

  • Any changes in the scope of work must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.

  • Our personnel will perform duties strictly as assigned in the duty post instructions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule mentioned in the contract.

  • Delayed payments may result in late fees or temporary suspension of services.

  • Taxes, if applicable, will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

  • The client must provide safe working conditions and necessary facilities for the deployed security staff.

  • Any incidents, damages, or suspicious activities must be reported immediately to our management.

  • The client must not assign additional duties to the guards beyond what is mentioned in the agreement.

5. Responsibilities of the Modern Indian Security Service

  • We ensure that all deployed personnel are verified, trained, and monitored regularly.

  • We reserve the right to replace any security staff if required.

  • We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, riots, etc.).

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information, documents, and communication strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party without permission.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice as per the terms specified in the contract.

  • In case of violation of terms or misuse of services, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately.

8. Liability Limitations

Modern Indian Security Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the extent mentioned in the service agreement.

9. Legal Compliance

All services will be provided in accordance with applicable state and national laws. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the agreed location.

10. Acceptance

Using our services means the client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
