This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.indiancraving.com. We specialize in delivering authentic, ready-to-eat Indian foods, including sealed-pack sweets, snacks, organic items, and ghee/oil etc, shipped from India to your doorstep worldwide.

1. International Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship from our facilities in India to most countries globally, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and across Europe.

· Carrier Partners: We utilize reliable international express couriers like DHL, FedEx, Indian Post, and UPS to ensure speed and safe handling.

· P.O. Boxes: We require a physical street address and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing and Handling Times

Orders are processed swiftly to maintain product freshness.

· Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

· Peak Seasons: During major Indian festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.), processing might take slightly longer due to high volume.

· Dispatch Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and the destination country.

· Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

· Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days after dispatch.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

All shipments are sent from India, meaning your order is an international import into your country.

· Customer Responsibility: Any applicable import duties, local taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges levied by your country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

· Pre-Payment: These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee paid to Indian Craving.

· We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing your order.

5. Specialized Packaging and Quality Control

We take utmost care to ensure your food items arrive fresh and intact.

· Sealed Packs: All sweets, snacks, and organic items are professionally sealed using vacuum-packaging or airtight technology to preserve freshness and shelf life during transit.

· Ghee & Oils: Liquids are securely packed in leak-proof containers and cushioned with robust materials to prevent transit damage.

· Expiry Dates: We guarantee that all perishable goods dispatched will have sufficient shelf life remaining upon arrival.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time through the carrier’s official website (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

7. Returns and Damaged Goods

· Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
