 Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Indian Craving (www.indiancraving.com) processes returns, replacements, and refunds. As we deal in perishable food items shipped internationally from India, our policy is designed to balance food safety with customer satisfaction.


1. General Policy Overview

Due to the perishable nature of our products (ready-to-eat foods, sweets, snacks, and organic items) and the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept returns for items that are delivered in good condition and match the order description.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

· Required Information: Please include your Order Number and clear Photographs/Videos of the shipping label and the specific issue (damage, wrong item, or seal breakage).

3. Eligible Issues for Resolution

We will take action in the following scenarios:

· Damaged Items: If products arrive with broken seals, crushed packaging, or leakages (specifically for ghee and oils) that make them unfit for consumption.

· Wrong Items Received: If the product delivered does not match the item listed on your order confirmation.

· Order Not Received: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, or if the package is lost in transit by the courier.

4. Resolution Process

Once you report an issue to hello@indiancraving.com, our customer support team will evaluate the claim. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will take one of the following actions:

1. Reshipment: We will ship a replacement for the damaged or wrong item at no extra cost to you.

2. Partial/Full Refund: If a replacement is not possible or desired, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Store Credit: We may offer a coupon code for your next purchase.

5. Timeline for Resolution

· Response Time: We acknowledge all complaints within 1-3 working days.

· Resolution Window: We aim to fully resolve and process your claim (including initiating any refunds or shipping replacements) within 7–10 working days from the date the issue was reported.

6. Refund Processing

· If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Store Credit, PayPal, etc.).

· Please note that banks and payment gateways may take an additional 10–715 business days to reflect the amount in your account after we have initiated the refund.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

· Incorrect Address: If the order is undelivered or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

· Refusal to Pay Customs: If the package is abandoned or returned because the customer refused to pay local import duties/taxes.

· Delayed Reporting: Issues reported after the 48-hour window from the time of delivery.

· Taste Preference: We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences for food items.
